Lily discovers a book hidden in the wall of her grandmother’s bookshelf. Attached is an ornate metal book clasp. Together, the three uncover the revelation that it’s an ancient artifact containing amazing portals to adventure. What more could Lily ask for?

But when Lily’s dad and millions of others suddenly disappear, the clasp reveals Lily is faced with a real life-and-death adventure: she and her siblings must find the Tree of Life and return it to the Alpha before an ancient enemy seizes it and gains eternal domination.
